In order to proceed with incorporation and to complete our required due diligence we require the following to be completed:

 

Hugh G. O'Neill & Co. Incorporation Form – 1 per proposed Company to be Incorporated

 

Director's Declaration – 1 per proposed Director and/or Officer of the Company

 

Shareholders Declaration – 1 per proposed Shareholder

Corporate Incorporation Invoice

Corporate Maintenance Invoice

Company Transfer Form - 1 per Company

Once the forms have been completed, our fees paid and our compliance searches have been satisfied we will proceed to incorporate the company. Receipt of the forms and fees does not guarantee the provision of corporate services by Hugh G. O’Neill & Co. all submissions are subject to the provisions of our compliance matrices.
